Definition and Usage

The DocumentSource property is used to set or return the path to an XML document to display in the Xml control.

Syntax

<asp:Xml DocumentSource="path" runat="server" />

Example

The following example sets the text of a TextBox control:

<form runat="server">
<asp:Xml id="xml1" runat="server" DocumentSource="note.xml" />
</form>

The XML file used in this example (and in the "Tty-It-Yourself Demo below) is "note.xml"
