Definition and Usage

The onmouseover event occurs when a user mouse over an element.

Syntax

In HTML:

<element onmouseover="SomeJavaScriptCode">

In JavaScript:

object.onmouseover="SomeJavaScriptCode"

Parameter Description
SomeJavaScriptCode Required. Specifies a JavaScript to be executed when the event occurs
