Definition and Usage

The borderBottomColor property sets or returns the color of the bottom border of an element.

Syntax

Set the borderBottomColor property:

Object.style.borderBottomColor="color|transparent|inherit"

Return the borderBottomColor property:

Object.style.borderBottomColor

Tip: There is no default value for the borderBottomColor property.

Value Description
color Specifies the color of the bottom border. Look at CSS Color Values for a complete list of possible color values
transparent The color of the bottom border is transparent (underlying content will shine through)
inherit The color of the bottom border is inherited from the parent element
