Style Object
The textAlign property sets or returns the horizontal alignment of text in a block level element.
Set the textAlign property:
Return the textAlign property:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| left | Aligns the text to the left. This is default |
| right | Aligns the text to the right |
| center | Centers the text |
| justify | The text is justified |
| inherit | The value of the textAlign property is inherited from parent element |

The textAlign property is supported in all major browsers.
Note: The value "inherit" is not supported in IE7 and earlier. IE8 requires a !DOCTYPE. IE9 supports "inherit".
