XSL-FO multi-toggle Object
Definition and Usage
The <fo:multi-toggle> object is used to create an area that when

The "switch-to" property typically matches the "case-name" property of the <fo:multi-case>
to switch to.
An <fo:multi-toggle> object must be a descendant of an <fo:multi-case>
object.
