XSL-FO table-column Object
Definition and Usage
The <fo:table-column> object is used to specify the characteristics of
table cells that are in the same column.
The most important property for this object is "column-width".

Properties
Note: The border properties can only be used if the value of
border-collapse is "collapse" or "collapse-with-precedence" for the table.
