Definition and Usage
The :lang pseudo-class adds a style to an element with a specific lang
attribute.
Browser Support

The :lang pseudo-class is supported in all major browsers, except Safari.
Note: Internet Explorer 8 (and higher) supports the :lang pseudo class if a !DOCTYPE
is specified.
