VBScript LoadPicture Function

The LoadPicture function returns a picture object.

Graphics formats that is recognized by the LoadPicture function:

  • bitmap files (.bmp)
  • icon files (.ico)
  • run-length encoded files (.rle)
  • metafile files (.wmf)
  • enhanced metafiles (.emf)
  • GIF files (.gif)
  • JPEG files (.jpg)

Note: This function is available only on 32-bit platforms.

Syntax

LoadPicture(picturename)

Parameter Description
picturename Required. The name of the picture file to be loaded
