Definition and Usage

The createPattern method uses an object to create a pattern to use on the canvas.

The object can be an image, a video, or another canvas element.

The pattern can be used to draw/fill rectangles, circles, lines etc.

JavaScript syntax: context.createPattern(image,"repeat");

Parameter Values Description Play it
image image The image object to use when creating the pattern  
repeat repeat Default. The pattern willl repeat horizontally and vertically Play it »
