Definition and Usage

The rev property sets or returns a space-separated list that defines the reverse relationship from the linked document to the current document.

Syntax

Set the rev property:

linkObject.rev="relationship"

Return the rev property:

linkObject.rev

The supported relationship values are:

alternate An alternative version
appendix Appendix page
bookmark Bookmark
chapter Link to a chapter
contents Refers to the table of contents page
copyright Copyright or the policy
glossary Glossary for the page
help Help document
index Refers to the index page
next Refers to the next page
prev Refers to the previous page
section Page that is a section in a set of pages
start Refers to the first page
stylesheet Refers to an external style sheet
subsection Page that is a sub-section for a set of pages
