VBScript SetLocale Function
 Complete VBScript Reference
The SetLocale function sets the locale ID and returns the previous locale ID.
A locale contains a set of user preferences, like language, country, region, and cultural conventions.
The locale also determines such things as keyboard layout, sort order, date, time, number, and currency formats.
Syntax

Description |
| lcid |
Required. A short string, hex value, or decimal value in the
Locale ID chart, that identifies a geographic locale. If
the lcid parameter is set to 0, the locale will be set by the system |
