WML <access> tag
Complete WML Reference
The <access> tag defines information about the access control of a WML deck.
Note: If the <access> tag is not set, any other decks/cards can access the deck.
Note: The <access> tag always goes inside the <head> tag. Each
deck can have only one <access> tag.

Sets a class name for the element. The class name is case
sensitive. An element can be connected to multiple classes. Multiple class
names within the class attribute are separated by white space |

Sets a unique name for the element |
