Definition and Usage
The <dl> tag defines a definition list.
The <dl> tag is used in conjunction with <dt> (defines the item in the list) and <dd> (describes the item in the list).
Differences Between HTML 4.01 and HTML5

The <dl> tag also supports the Global Attributes in HTML.
Event Attributes
The <dl> tag also supports the Event Attributes in HTML.
