Welcome to our Back End with NodeJS bootcamp! In this mini bootcamp, you will learn how to build robust and scalable server-side applications using NodeJS, a popular and powerful JavaScript runtime environment. You will also learn how to work with databases, manage network connections, and build RESTful APIs.
You will learn the fundamentals of NodeJS over a 6 weeks period, together with a live instructor and an interactive cohort of engaged learners!
You Will Learn
- How to create a full-stack project, with a focus on back-end development.
- How to use Node.JS and Express to build your own REST API web server for powering web apps.
- How to use and implement routers, controllers and middleware.
- Relational databases and the use of PostgreSQL.
- How to create databases using SQL to have persistent data for your web apps.
- How to work more extensively with databases using Sequelize.
- How to secure your applications with web security and JWT (JSON Web Tokens).
- How to integrate your web server to any front end application with cors.

How a Mini Bootcamp Works
1. Application and Enrollment: Reserve your seat and enroll in the bootcamp by paying the bootcamp fee of only $995. The price includes the exam fee and 36 hours with live instructor.
2. Complete the Bootcamp:
After enrollment, you will be placed in a learning cohort with other students. You will go through the course material together and complete assignments and projects with the help of an experienced instructor.
The bootcamp covers the fundamentals of NodeJS.
Throughout the bootcamp, you will receive support from your cohort and the W3Schools team to help you grow your skill set.
3. Certification and Job Application: Upon completing the bootcamp, you will receive a NodeJS Certificate of Completion and an extra acknowledgement that you were a part of the bootcamp on the certification. This certification demonstrates that you know NodeJS.

This is an instructor-led program delivered fully online through live instruction and coaching sessions, as well as group projects and self study materials.
Our bootcamp teaches both front-end and back-end development that gives students a more comprehensive learning experience, as they can learn how to build the entire application stack from the user interface to the server-side processing. The inclusion of DevOps allows students to understand the entire software development lifecycle, which is an essential skill in the real world.
