The sin() function returns the sine of a number.

Syntax

sin(x)

Parameter	Description
x	Required. A number

Tips and Notes

Note: The sin() function returns a numeric value between -1 and 1, which represents the sine of the parameter x.

In the following example we will return the sine of different numbers:
