Definition and Usage
The setUTCHours() method sets the hour (from 0 to 23), according to universal time.
Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
Syntax
| Date.setUTCHours(hour,min,sec,millisec) |

Description |
| hour |
Required. An integer between 0 and 23 representing the hour |
| min |
Optional. An integer between 0 and 59 representing the minutes |
| sec |
Optional. An integer between 0 and 59 representing the
seconds |
| millisec |
Optional. An integer between 0 and 999 representing the milliseconds |
Browser Support

The setUTCHours() method is supported in all major browsers.
Tips and Notes
Tip: The Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) is the time set by the World Time Standard.

Set the UTC hour to 15:
