JavaScript setMinutes() Method
JavaScript Date Object
Definition and Usage
The setMinutes() method sets the minutes (from 0 to 59), according to local time.
Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
Syntax
Date.setMinutes(min,sec,millisec)
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| min | Required. An integer between 0 and 59 representing the minutes |
| sec | Optional. An integer between 0 and 59 representing the seconds |
| millisec | Optional. An integer between 0 and 999 representing the milliseconds |
Browser Support
The setMinutes() method is supported in all major browsers.
